Spanish Churros dough is traditionally made with boiling water.
We developed a baking mix for Churros that is prepared with only cold water.<\/p>\r\n

Very crunchy and tasty.<\/p>\r\n

Instructions:
Mix 1 kg of the Churrosmix with 1 ltr of cold water
in a mixer machine at slow speed with the dough hook.<\/p>\r\n

Preparation:
Fry for about 2 minutes in hot oil of 180 degrees celcius.<\/p>\r\n
